Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
New Era Performance ("we," "us") operates https://neweraperformance.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, vehicle, current modifications, and your message.
- Booking a dyno appointment: name, email, phone, vehicle year/make/model, engine specs, current modifications, and your chosen appointment time.
- Paying an invoice: the invoice number and email address you enter to look up an outstanding invoice.
- Payment details (card, bank account, or Affirm information) are entered directly into Stripe's checkout page — we never see or store full payment credentials ourselves.
How we use it, and who we share it with
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage dyno appointments, process payments, and keep our own business records. To do that, we share the relevant details with:
- Stripe — to process deposit and invoice payments (card, ACH bank transfer, and Affirm where available).
- QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — to look up invoices and record payments against them.
- Google Calendar — booking details are added as a calendar event so we can check availability and prepare for your appointment.
- Resend — to deliver contact-form and booking-confirmation emails.
- JotForm — after a paid booking, we link you to a liability waiver hosted on JotForm, pre-filled with your name, email, phone, and appointment time.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this Site.
Cookies
The only cookie the Site sets is a security cookie used to keep our own staff signed into the internal owner dashboard. Regular visitors booking or paying online do not have any tracking cookies set.
Data retention
We keep booking and payment records for our own operational and bookkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected], though we may need to retain certain records (e.g. payment records) as required by law.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at the email above to make a request.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
