Terms of Service
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://neweraperformance.com and the booking and payment services offered by New Era Performance ("we," "us"). By using the Site, booking an appointment, or paying an invoice through it, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide GM-specialist dyno tuning services for GMC, Cadillac, Chevy, Buick, Pontiac vehicles. The Site lets you view our services and pricing, book a dyno appointment, and pay an outstanding invoice online.
Booking & deposits
- A $100 deposit is required to confirm any dyno appointment. The deposit is non-refundable. 24-hour notice is required to reschedule, or the deposit is forfeited.
- By booking, you agree to a $100 cleaning fee if any fluids are spilled from your vehicle during the dyno session.
- To book a dyno session, you must confirm your vehicle has mufflers installed and does not have open headers. We cannot proceed with an appointment unless this is confirmed.
- After a paid booking, you'll be asked to sign a liability waiver (hosted by JotForm) before your appointment.
Payments
Deposits and invoice payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method you choose (card, ACH bank transfer, or Affirm where available). Invoice lookups and payment records are handled through QuickBooks Online. We do not store your full payment credentials.
No warranty
Dyno tuning results, horsepower gains, and vehicle performance outcomes vary by vehicle and cannot be guaranteed. Services are provided as described at the time of booking, and use of the Site and our services is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Era Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, beyond the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services — including Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Resend, and JotForm — each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of the Site belong to New Era Performance and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
